Whether you are renting for a child’s birthday party or large event, let’s make things simple.
Here are the frequent questions we are asked.
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Our price does include delivery, set up, and take down. We deliver to Chandler and Gilbert for no additional cost! We also deliver to all bordering cities for a small fee. We will work with you for an adjusted price if needed.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking. You will pay the remainder of your price when we arrive to set up.
What time do you setup and take down?
We will set up times that work with you, but we will set up approximately half hours before and take down after the booking ends. If you are requesting a late night or early morning pickup there will be an extra charge.
What if there is bad weather?
The inflatable CAN NOT be inflated if there is a high wind. It is extremely dangerous. If there is a high wind warning we will not set it up.
If there is bad weather and you decide to cancel, we will hold your deposit and you can postpone for the future.
Do I need to sign the waiver?
Yes, we do require all customers to sign our waiver and assume responsibilty. Please head over to the waiver tab if you would like to read this document in advance.
